FRL Acks and Naks

I am trying to change the way the Acks and Naks are sent for a fixed lenght record, not HL7. I do not know where to change the values, the information I have is referencing HEX characters.

  Since this is not a standard, we would need all the information you have about the requirements for the reply structure.
  
  But basically you will be using Tcl and you can specify hex in Tcl.

  I am really struggling getting the 15 for the NAK. I’ve tried the format command to hex and it writes it as the string 15 (31 35) two characters; not the number. 🙄
