Error- TPS ERROR disposition

I have setup a new outbound thread on Cloverleaf (v. 5.3). When I send messages through the interface, they fail. In the error database I see an error 402 TPS ERROR disposition. There’s no additional information. I execute the command hcidbdump -e -L -c so that I can see more information, but this is all it shows.

Can anyone tell me what this means? I am looking at my xlate that is attached to this thread. I am doing one thing in that xlate…adding a leading 1 to the value in PV1-39.1. I am not sure what the issue is.

  It probably means someone returned an Error Disposition in a Tcl Proc
