EMPI recommendations

We are in the process of searching for an EMPI. Can anyone give me and recommendations on some good EMPI systems?

  We do not have an EMPI but have you looked at Healthvision’s Intiate (http://www.healthvision.com/body.cfm?id=235)?

  We use Initiate and it seems to work well for us. We are doing ODBC and API calls to it.
