Hello, I’m running 5.2 on Windows 2000
I have recently received this error:
11/03/2005 21:49:45
[dbi :dbi :ERR /0: fr_CT] Db_Vista database error -940: ‘SYSTEM/OS error: -940
file in use
C errno = 13: Permission denied’
11/03/2005 21:49:45
[pti :sign:WARN/0: fr_CT] Thread 6 received signal EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION:
The thread attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
11/03/2005 21:49:45
[pti :sign:WARN/0: fr_CT] PC = 0xffffffff
PANIC: “0”
PANIC: Calling “pti” for thread sch_cmd
This thread was being stopped and started in order to remedy another situation, and I am assuming that the lock manager just got a little tripped up ….. can anyone out there verify my assumption?
This thread has been running just fine for quite a while. And, in looking at the configuration of the thread, I do not see anything unusual.
Does anyone have any light to shed upon this error?
Thank you,
Julie Kimmel
