Date Format when Selecting SMAT Messages

Can someone provide me an example of the correct date format when selecting SMAT messages to view. The error message I get requires:

M/d/yy HH:mm:ss military time is required.

I tried several guesses but none seemed to make it happy.

Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
