DataDirect Connect question

We’re trying to upgrade from Cloverleaf 5.5 on HPUX to Cloverleaf 5.7 on Linux.  I think this also means that we need to convert our scripts that use SequeLink so that they use Connect instead.

The problem is that we are currently using SequeLink to connect to our Mckesson Star HBO database.  We use a KB_SQL database driver which is Windows only.

So, can I use Connect to connect from Linux through a windows server that has the KB_SQL driver?  Do I have to get a separate license from DataDirect so that I can continue to use SequeLink?
