Creating a group in a hl7 variant

When using the gui hl7 configurator, how can you create a group? So, If I wanted to make

{

{[OBR]}

{[OBX]}

}

Can you only make this change from a text editor?

  When you are in the HL7 configurator, simply hold down the shift key, then highlight the segments you want to group together, then check the optional or repeat box on the right.
