best practice to run cloverleaf19.1 on windows cluster

hello experts

we have been testing cloverleaf19.1 in windows cluster environment and everything went very well as we added the infor service as a Generic service and we tried to fail over however the application GUI itself keep stuck on desktop and we have to manually kill hciaccess.exe and run it again in case we fail back ..

is there any idea how we could kill the application GUI at the event of controller failover and make sure it is running again on the active node
