We recently installed Basic Security on our test server and immediately started having display problems with our Network Monitors.

          This was our solution:

Symptom:  Threads or processes don’t reflect actual status (up/dead) in gui

          Fix:  run hciserveradmin

under Hostserver tab go to Advanced tab

          click on

            Terry,

Thanks for the response.  I made the changes to the Buffer size and JVM arguments.  The Host Server wouldn’t restart with the JVM arguments specified.  I removed them and left the Buffer size at 320 and I still have the problem with the monitors.

              Rich,

I’m not sure if you’ve resolved this or not, but see the previous post:

              https://usspvlclovertch2.infor.com/viewtopic.php?t=274

Terry’s args had a space in them.

Also, make sure hostserver routes traffic is not checked on.

Rick Brown also gives instructions for editing server.ini directly.

              Good luck,

              -mh

                Michael,

Thanks!  Looks like it solved the problem.

                Appreciate the help, Rich Allison
