Basic Secuity Setup

I’m trying to setup Basic Security, When I run hciupgradeutility I get the following error.

Can anyone assist in how I set X11 DISPLAY variable?

Does this command have to be run from the console?

You could try the instructions in this recent post:

Typing the command on the console might be easier than getting X11 set up.
