Are you using 5.6 in Production?

  Two things we have run into:
  
  1) Duplicate State 14 messages.
  
  2) Locked port on Host Server for 5.6. Since we are unable to kill the process we have to reboot the server when this happens. Rebooting the server is not an easy thing!
  
  Both of these problems have been reported to, and documented with, Quovadx Support.
  
  We are running CL5.6 on AIX 5.2.

  Mary, why can’t you kill the process? Are you trying to kill the process with the “kill” UNIX command?
