User request for an alert that fires when an alert cleared as this is there is 5.7/5.8. Name alert that want an alert on clearing (say, the_alert is name). Create an “and” alert and set the source to “the_alert”, choose “==” with a value of “false”. Set duration to keep from firing when engine starts if required. Choose “once” or some limit of number of times the action is done or it will repeat forever.
