Alert config to detect 0 records received in 1 hour daily.

A tcp thread occasionaly stops receiving due to remote failure.

I have tried to code an ALERT to notify when ‘records received’

are ‘less than 1’ for a duration of ‘1 hour’ at any time during the day.

I’ve never succeded in applying this simple condition to the ALERT.

Has anyone encountered this type of problem? Thanks – Steve

(I would be glad to post examples of my attempts.)

  Alert type: last receive
  
  Source: thread name
  
  Source Count: any
  
  Comparing: >= 3600
  
  Duration: once
