Advanced Security access control to SMAT – ?READ ONLY?

Hello –

We are running CL 5.5 (on our way to CL 5.6) with the Advanced Security add on.  We are trying to create a new group that will have READ-ONLY access to SMAT.  This group should not have SMAT edit, or resend capabilities.  

Is read only possible?
