add date to ob file

I am picking up a file via FTP then sending to a location using fileset-local is there an easy way to add the current date and time to the end of the outbound filename?

  Look in $HCIROOT/contrib, there is a file named fileset_numfile_out.tcl which is an example of how to this.
  
  I would be very carefull about using timestamps however since the granularity is in seconds and may process more than record per second
