ACK routing to source application

Hello,

I need guidance on configuring Cloverleaf to route ACK message from app2 back to app1.

app1 —> Inbound thread —-> Outbound thread —-> app2

Could you please advise how to properly configure the Cloverleaf engine so that ACK generated by App2 is routed back to App1?

Are they only sending ONE ack per message (synchronous) , or will they be potentially be sending multiple ACKs per message (asynchronous).

Expect One per message, or NAK when timeout.

My colleague advised me a twist, modified version to CONTINUE the $mh instead of KILLREPLY $mh. The ACK flow works as expected now.

If you’re routing ACKs you probably don’t need any scripts on the replies, unless you’re doing work to them (unlikely).
