Trying to get the Annual Cloverleaf(R) User Conference Invitiational Golf Outing together. Last year’s outing had 8 players (nearly double the participants of the year before) and everyone really seemed to enjoy themselves.
It was held on Wednesday afternoon but since it conflicted with a Healthvision Corporate activity, the Healthvision folks intrested in playing could not attend.
We will try to get a date/time that adapts for everyone.
Is anybody interested?
If so what days would be best?
The Wednesday is a short day of Conference.
The Sunday before may be a day folks are arriving anyway so that is a possibility.

Tom, That is great!
I am reminded that Sunday rounds can be rather long due to the load so Wednesday looks like a good choice again this year.
Last year the HealthVision folks that wanted to play could not because of a HealthVision conflict on Wednesday following the conference.
I am told there are no HealthVision activities planned for Wednesday afternoon this year so maybe we can get some HealthVision folks to join in.
This will be the third annual invitational Cloverleaf(R) outing.

All, Well we just have 4 weeks left and so far it is Tom and me and maybe a couple of Healthvision folks.
The number of participants does not matter – we are just going to have a great time and be able to unwind on the course.
I am thinking Wednesday afternoon following the conference close.
Please let me know if you will be joining us.
I suspect that we will need a final count no later than 9/21/2009 so that we can make arrangements.
