All, We had an Xlate Birds of Feather (BOF) last year. It seemed to go well and I would like to have another one this year.
It is just an opportunity to gather with others and discuss the subject of Xlates (we frequently wander off into discussion of romats, tcl and other things Cloverleaf(R)).
If you have a perplexing current problem, have discovered some really cool Xlate secrets, just want to discuss Xlates in general, need a clearer understanding of some aspect of Xlates, etc. – this is a good opportunity to meet with other users on this topic.
This is an informal gathering (not an official part of the Conference) and generally we just get together Sunday evening (if everyone will be there that early) or Monday evening after the sessions are over.
Please let me know if you have an interest in this BOF.

OK so there are 3 people interested in the Xlate BOF. I propose meeting Monday.
Last year there was a reeption following the last session. We scheduled the BOF for 6:30 PM and that seemed to work well.
I am checking to see if there is a reception Monday evening again this year. If there is no reception Moday evening, I will let you know and we c adapt.
How does Monday evning around 6:30 PM sound to those interested?

All, Apparently the reception this year is from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
Those that are interested, is 7:10 OK; or did you want to have time to eat (the reception is typically snack and drink); or shall we convene at an eatery and have a meal with our Xlates?
