My links work only about 1 out of 10 times.  The rest of the time, I don’t see anything, just continually trying to connect to the page.  It takes so long that I cancel and open IE and go to the wesite manually.

I’m also seeing very long wait periods within the website.  Again, it takes so long to bring up the page I’m looking for that I close down and try again.  Sometimes it works on the second try, sometimes I have to start over reopening IE 3 or 4 times before I get where I want to go.

This also happens when I try to submit a reply – having to try 2 or 3 times reconnecting and retyping before I am successful submitting.
