      Hello Cloverleafers,

      Has anyone seen this problem when trying to connect to the server? Installed the client on my workstation but can’t seem to connect to the server. Verified we have opened up the ports needed…..could this be a firewall issue? Any suggestions would be helpful.

          One simple thing to try, but it may not be the solution, is to bounce the host server and see if you still run into the issue.

            Looks like a routing issue — can you ping the server from your workstation?

              I can ping to the server from my workstation. So communication is there….
