so..the output shows a dynamic environment for the logical cpus but…..

if i had 16 logical cpus (4 core)

how come i often just see teh 1st lcpu of each core getting hit with user/sys time?and the other 3 (total of 4 per core) are at 0% util.

is it that the box is not getting hit hard enough at the time?
