Interestingly, my previous laptop, a Dell Latitude on Win10Pro 22H2 connected to same dock station (hardwired) has no issues at all viewing messages in SMAT DB.
Yes, logging out of Cloverleaf and completely exiting the gui before switching connections.

The SMAT Database utility opens but selecting a .smatdb file to view messages will not work.
However, when I disconnect the hardwired connection and connect to WiFi, SMATDB loads messages into view without issue.
