									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Some background: &nbsp;McKesson first suggested doing a peer-to-peer communication as both sides&#8217; interfaces were designed to talk directly to each other, but each side had no way of monitoring whether the interface was down or up; thus enter the interface engine.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was able to find the problem from an old Cloverleaf archive. &nbsp;It seems the Send OK procs needed to have save_ob_msg, so that the message would be saved. &nbsp;Funny, it wasn&#8217;t an issue on 3.8.1P.</p>
