There was an issue with the file. I did hcihexdump like you said and found out the segments were ending with 0xa instead of oxd. fixed it and now testing working out great. Thanks again gentlemen.

I don’t have a working xlate so I can’t do a bulkcopy. So the only way I can do it is by writing a tcl proc and I’m not that knowledgeable.
