									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Right now, the MSH-3 field is empty and the vendor wants me to add &#8220;ADT&#8221; in field 3. I don&#8217;t have a working xlate so I can&#8217;t do a bulkcopy. So the only way I can do it is by writing a tcl proc and I&#8217;m not that knowledgeable. </p>

I need to receive the message and be able to take it and remove the OBX SEGMENT before sending to outbound company. </p>
