<p>That worked . . . after I &#8220;deleted&#8221; the t_financial site (renamed the directory and removed the site in Server Administrator).  I couldn&#8217;t find any real documentation for deleting a site . . .</p>

<p>New server is a VM.  My server team installed RHEL for me and in the process created an additional user/group before the hci user and staff group were created during the Cloverleaf 2022.09 install.</p>

<p>My xlate is configured the same way.  Be sure to check &#8220;Store original message in metadata for downstream processing&#8221; on the route from the source interface, then on the database-outbound protocol configuration, check &#8220;Use cached pre-xlate message as whole message.&#8221;</p>

<p>I made a copy of the aforementioned outbound-database for the database-inbound thread.  Guess I only looked at the protocol and routing information.</p>

<p>I only have LIVE data so I don&#8217;t have an example HL7 message to upload. &nbsp;We will be bringing on another facility to use MUSE in the next couple of weeks, so I should get some test messages then that I can upload.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, attached is the tcl proc in it&#8217;s entirety (with some sensitive data removed for security purposes.)</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We seem to be experiencing the same issue; same set up except we&#8217;re on rev1 of Cloverleaf 5.7.</p>
<p>Any ideas on what might be causing it? &nbsp;We seem to be able to run IDE on the server (via VNC) and connect to the local host with no problems (although the client is not supported on Linux according to support).</p>
