No one has ever answered me about this so I am bumping it back up. Does anyone know the answer? I can’t get the Linux.bin file to execute on RHEL 6.
Jared,
I already worked out this whole thing. Email me at sturner@gwinnettmedicalcenter.org and I can send you the variant, procs and xlate that I used to format the messages for Star. It was NOT pretty or easy!
We recently moved from version 5.3 to 5.7 sp2 and we had to do a lot of work on our alerts to get them to work. The biggest problem was getting an alert to run once a day at a specified time. We have the same alert programmed on 7 different sites, and on some of them it would run and reset, and on some it wouldn’t. Reloading the alerts with the Site Daemons gui would sometimes result in them running that night, but sometimes it wouldn’t, only actually stopping and starting the monitor daemon was sure to make them run at least once, but even then, some would reset and some would not.
One thing that has seemed to be successful is to use the repeating field. If you tell it to repeat every 1440 minutes it runs once a day at the same time and it doesn’t require that it gets reset.
Not sure I can. We are under Mckesson.
We finally got our Linux boxes. The Cloverleaf app will not install. The version of Java that is embedded in the 5.3 version does not contain logic for the 64 bit box. Other than start editing Java, any suggestions?
The first error we see when we try to run ./linux.bin – console is
Error: can’t find libjava.so.
Running from an x window we see no errors and install shield never starts.
Thanks! Earl Coppedge, Jr and I will be there from Gwinnett Medical Center
What are the details on this? Where is it? How do you register to attend? This is what is already on the server:

We are under a McKesson contract and we aren’t allowed.
That is where I found the error I listed above. I got the error message when it hangs, it is: [icl :tcpi:DBUG/1: hcimonitord] Tcpip error code: 246, Operation would block
[icl :tcpi:DBUG/1: hcimonitord] Tcpip Raw length actually sent is -1 bytes
Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated

Is there a special rate at the hotel? What does the registration fee pay for? I do see those but it doesn’t close the GUI, just the particular module you have open. We often see locks made by each other and ourselves and we do close things from the tabs then exit the program using file- exit. The original post said three ways to close the GUI and I was just wondering if there was something else I had missed. Thanks though.
This is probably a REALLY dumb question, but what do you mean by ‘the tab’? -
