We&#8217;ve been having alert malfunctions today. The monitor daemon has been killed multiple times and reloaded. I even changed the alerts email message and trigger then cycled the monitord, and it&#8217;s still sending out the old message and firing erroneously. Since then I had the same problem and was wondering what the heck was going on, and I don&#8217;t think anyone had solved it.<br />
One of the threads that we were getting alerts for was removed but yet the alert remained &#8220;alerting&#8221; on that thread.
