This issue is now resolved by adding the SQL Drivers on 64 bit System data Sources (System DNS tab).

The drivers existed on 32 bit but were missing on 64 bitc:WindowsSysWOW64odbcad64.exe

All the TCL’s and the xlates are there (TCL’s moved manually) so not sure why am seeing the errors below.
