<p>I don&#8217;t know that the Canceled date and time is sent in the A08 or anything that would indicate that the visit has been canceled. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Assuming that the ORM would be an inbound from the clients and the ORU&#8217;s would be outbound it should not matter. &nbsp; Just be sure you don&#8217;t duplicate IB ports. &nbsp; </p>
<p>Just setup your IB(ORM) from Port 1234 and OB(ORU) &nbsp;to IP 12.34.56.78 port 1234</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It looks like you will need to do is seperate the message out and set a $Var for the PID 5.3 and then use that $Var in the command you already have</p>
<p>&#8220;regsub -all &#8212; {x22} $Var {} New_PID5.3&#8221;</p>
<p>Then place the new PID segment back in to the message</p>
