Hello,

We recently migrated our test system from RedHat to Windows. After doing some initial testing, sometimes when shutting down a process to save some changes, the process will not start back up unless I run a hcilmclear -v -p processname. Is this a common thing on Windows? We did not have this issue on RedHat.

Thanks
