Ok.. needed to add “as <value>” to the select Count(column) for it to work! Thank you Peter!
I would suggest purchasing consulting time from infor. replace $xlateInVals with [lindex $xlateInVals 0]. I have found the { disappears when you do this, even though there is only 1 value.

After flat smat files since 1996, we took the jump in 6.1 and have not looked back. They are great. They have quirks like the flat smats do, but the searching is just phenomenal across however many days you need to keep and how many files you want to search in. We even linked our main site so we can look for an account from start to finish. It saves lots of time. We cycle save weekly. We only support one large and one small hospital, so weekly works well. Resends are great too, but we found re-sending too many at once can overload, so we just send in smaller batches of 600-800 at a time.
Or try hciprocstatus on the command

Hi Jim, we have found if you use a “not” value in any of the selection criteria, it will not save the file though it says it did. I use the advanced criteria option on the DB SMAT Database to look up select messages. If that is not the case, like Debbie says, close out of the GUI and then go back in.
I use the testing tool, HL7 tab, to verify my basis with the inbound message.
No problem, glad to help! I was panic stricken the first time it happened to me! 😯
Look in your revisions folder and go back to a NetConfig version that was working.
We are on a UNIX platform, so I don’t know if this helps you.
Mary
Are you using a NOT in your selection criteria? If so, the messages will NOT be sent.
Rick can you move this to Cloverleaf… think its in the wrong place… 😳
thank you…
Shut them off and I’ve got the usual .idx & .msg. Still what are they? and who uses them? Thanks!
