									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Per the previous email suggestion, you can just make a copy of the PDL that would come close to what you need and modify to your new requirement. You can usse the HEX editor to determine your new data enveloping and change your new PDL to that.<br />
Once you saved it, run &#8220;hcipdc  from the command line under the pdls folder.</p>

Secondly this sounds like you are intend to use engine as the server mode. It will be more complicated because server would need to have a WSDL file which allow clients that connect to you thru your provided WSDL.<br />
