InfoR provided the solution to me. I had removed the .zip files from integratorformatshl7, edifact and others folders. After that I started receiving Big Error when using Testing Tool and Site Manager in IDE showed nothing under HL7, Edifact, etc., and HL7 Configurator showed nothing.
Once I moved the .zip files back (from my Test server in this case), everything was back to working.
