<p>The directory for the file pick up is empty. &nbsp; I even changed the directory to look for the file and the same error occurs. &nbsp;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I actually added the RTF tag to beginning of the statement I needed at the top of the transcription report. &nbsp;I added an OBX before the OBX with the report and it worked beautifully.</p>
