It all depends on the API. It seems like you are making a call to a REST API, so you have many options.

If you are on Cloverleaf 6.2 and are licensed for the Web Services Adapter (CAA-WS), you can use the GUI since JSON support has been added to 6.2.

Otherwise, you can use a UPOC thread and write some code. You could use CURL to make…Read more

Hi Layale,

I have done a few database-inbound connections and have never seen the issue that you are describing. I can make the following suggestions, according to the pictures you posted:

1. In Snip_4, select “Use each row as a message”

2. In Snip_4, select “Use advanced scheduling” with “Connect as needed”. In the schedule set up, select a…Read more

Hey Jon,

After taking a second look at your screenshot, it appears that there is a problem in the way you are using the Testing Tool. You have selected the option “Save to File” but you are not providing a file name. This would cause the Testing Tool to attempt to write to a null memory address and crash.

You should choose “Send to Proc” and…Read more

Hi Jonathan,

I assume that you are using the Cloverleaf GUI to test your TPS.

Since you are testing a Reply proc, have you tried setting the “Caller Context:” to “sms_ib_reply”?

Jim,

I can confirm that this doesn’t work in 6.1.2. Triggers a “bad index” error.
The index must be an integer or end+-

I haven’t played with 6.2 yet, but I don’t think this functionality is there either.
