<p>It turns out that the issue was related to the next scheduled run time being next year. &nbsp;We were using an * in the month field for advanced scheduling. &nbsp;When we switched this to list out all the months instead (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12), the issue was resolved.</p>

I executed the command mentioned above from the command line, and it did indeed created the new database and allow me to then populate the database table from a tcl proc.</p>
<p>Note: we are running 5.7 and that seems to require typeing sqlite3, not sqlite.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>No, it&#8217;s the same. &nbsp;I see now what you mean. &nbsp;Even though the menu is up at the &#8220;site level&#8221; and called &#8220;global properties&#8221;, it IS different for each VRL. &nbsp;</p>
<p>Healthvision take note &#8211; this is very confusing. &nbsp;Why isn&#8217;t the separator definition right on the VRL configurator???</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Since I couldn&#8217;t initialize the variables in the start portion of the tcl proc, Jim gave me a great suggestion to use &#8220;info exists&#8221; to see if the variables exist. &nbsp;If not, they can be initialized at that time. &nbsp;This takes place at the very beginning of the code and works great!</p>
