									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have seen a sending system send out multiple A08s on a change but the others would be different/old accounts. We had logic that if it had a discharge date and A08 then kill the message. Not sure if that is exactly your issue but just a thought.</p>

I added what i have now which isnt working. I put in the CONTINUE &amp; SUPPRESS and got 2 messages but what i meant to add yesterday and forgot was my current output of what i had. I&#8217;m not sure i have my iterates correct as well&#8230; It seems to put the same ORC and OBR in both messages. </p>

I view the message same as you and instead of saving to a file i just resend from the smat file after issue is corrected. When trying to resend from a file it always throws me for a loop but resending from a smat file is easier for me with the IB and OB.</p>

Will start quickly one restarted, no delay. &nbsp;It does seem specific to one site that i have noticed and it is different threads in different processes.
