									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m using T-SQL to pull an alert and the visit ID from our patient database. &nbsp;I would then like to place it into a &#8220;make-shift&#8221; HL7 message that has only the visit ID and the alert in it. &nbsp;The Visit ID would be placed into PID-18 and the alert would be in a Z segment.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>what i needed to do was to add the 6 additional OBX segments &nbsp;starting at OBX|994 to OBX|996. &nbsp;So i just used David&#8217;s code from above and set i to 994 i&lt;=999. &nbsp;Then modified the inside of the loop to accommodate what i need done&#8230;.</p>
<p>I can post my code if that will help&#8230;.</p>
