I followed up with Lawson support and they were unable to determine what went wrong. It was one of those situations where I heard “I’ve never seen that before”. I was hoping there might be someone out there who had experienced this before and could tie it to some event. I blame Windows!

I used data direct in my previous position. It was a Unix environment. In a Windows environment, there’s no need for data direct correct? Just create a DSN with Windows tool and roll on.
try this: set rVal [odbc SQLExecDirect $hstmt $query SQL_NTS]
try this: set birthYear [lindex [split $birthYear /] 2]
set yrsOld [expr ($currentYear – $birthYear)]
Barbi, the do offer this as I will be doing the same thing.
I have the estimated cost. If any on you are still interested, please send me an email ( jdpresnell@novanthealth.org ) and we can discuss the details. I want to get this scheduled as soon as possible, so let me know as soon as you can. Thanks.I will inquire about the actual cost, stay tuned… Quovadx requires a minimum of four for a classroom session. Do we have a fourth? Well, the archiving script that our vendor gave us, is supposed to do just that. I will take a look at the script. Thanks for your insight. Jim, If I didn’t get these, how do I obtain them?
Thank you Jim! Thank you Rick! I found an earlier reply for the same question. Sorry! -
