									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I used data direct in my previous position. &nbsp;It was a Unix environment. &nbsp;In a Windows environment, there&#8217;s no need for data direct correct? &nbsp;Just create a DSN with Windows tool and roll on.</p>
