<p>Have you gone into the directory and confirmed that the files have not been renamed, compressed, or deleted. &nbsp;I am assuming that you are in the gui and can see the index file on the list of available SMAT files. &nbsp;If so then you need to confirm that the &#8220;.msg&#8221; file is there and has the same root name as the &#8220;.idx&#8221; file.</p>

&nbsp; You might want to look at creating two FRL or VRL formats to depict your two record types in your flat file. &nbsp;then Create an HRL to put them into a grouping. &nbsp;After that you should be able to use the translation Config to loop through your file and translate to the HL7 message.(DFT) which contains the FT1 segment.</p>

<p>Last Receive<br />
States the time that the last inbound message was received from the specified threads. </p>
<p>Last Send<br />
States the time that the last outbound message was sent to the specified threads.</p>
