<p>We came across a similar issue regarding read timeout errors on a few of our inbound threads due to message size of base64 encoded pdf&#8217;s, we ended up having to adjust the timeout setting to higher value besides the default of 30.   This might be something to adjust on your side and see if it helps.</p>

We had a team member who had to get a new laptop had slowness issues running 6.2.6.1 on OS version Windows 10 20H2.  They ended up switching to Windows 10 (21H2) which now runs the GUI without issue.  When we start testing CIS 20.1.1.1 this is something we&#8217;ll also test out.</p>
