Have you tried to set one alert specifically only for the ‘error’ state?

One other difference I noticed in our setup compared to yours is that I have ‘Source Count: = all’  and yours was any.  It should make a difference though.

Eric-is this a new Alert Config?  Did you restart the Monitor Daemon?

          Hi

Yes, it worked perfectly.  Using Alert type: protocol status

          Comparing: in   down error

I set it up to send an email and texts.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Thank you so much.  I’ll give that a try.

Gerben – It appears I am trying to do what you were in your post #110964 for a DICOM interface.  I’m receiving DICOM files but I have something wrong because the sending system is not getting notified that it was successful and it takes way too long.

I am trying to send radiology images, do I need all the different Presentation Context related to radiology?

I was hoping you could share your setup with me.

I have attached some screen prints of what I have so far and my output log.

              I’d appreciate any assistance.

              Thanks

              Jolene

Jim was awesome with helping me out.  Thanks, Jim.

I ended up with 4 VRL’s ((1 fixed for MSH, PID, PV1, ORC, OBR) and 3 repeating for NTE, DG1 & OBX)).  those rolled up into the main HRL.  It works pretty slick.

It is hard to explain – wish Infor had better reference guides.
