Thanks for your reply.</p>
<p>Ive copied the .profile and .bashrc files from hci to hciuser folder.<br />
Ive created a custom file in /etc/prodile.d/ to export some of the other environment variables needed, however from the install /etc/profile also has CL_INSTALL_DIR set with the same path.</p>
