Hi Chris,

We are on Unix, and touching the default.alrt file on longer works in Cloverleaf version 6.0.

So we are looking for a new way of rearming the alerts outside the Time Window regardless of the condition i.e. of the Thread, Process status

Mark do you remember which server and version the Amcom was on before the upgrade?

Where you able to make a work around that was acceptable until the upgrade?

Can you share your troubles and fix?
