<ol>
<li>First I removed the T to the smatdb file  &#8211; chmod o-t cernerORU_SAVE.smatdb</li>
<li>Second I added the w to the smatdb file  &#8211; chmod u+w cernerORU_SAVE.smatdb</li>
<li>Third I added the w to the smatdb-shm file  &#8211; chmod u+w cernerORU_SAVE.smatdb-shm</li>
<li>I restarted the process after each one of these ch&hellip;</li>

<p>I&#8217;ve also attached the alert setup.</p>
<p>I do get other emails from the server, but not from within the Cloverleaf application.</p>

Windows Firewall with Advanced Security<br />
Inbound Rules</p>
<p>hciaccess was Blocked. &nbsp;They set this to &#8220;Allow the connection&#8221;</p>
<p>Now my tester is returning a result.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m not familiar with HRL, I see that it lets you name segments, but I&#8217;m not sure how that would help with this? &nbsp;I&#8217;m also not great with tcl, I just do the basics.</p>
<p>I have a VRL set up with the data elements I need. &nbsp;I&#8217;m just not sure what the next step should be.</p>
