<p>I deleted the thread that was causing the problem.<br />
Stopped all processes, lock manager, and monitor daemon.<br />
Removed vista.taf file.<br />
Removed monitrShmemFile.<br />
Reinitialized the databases.<br />
Started lock manager, monitor daemon.<br />
Recreated the new thread.<br />
