<p>The problem was with the ACK/NAK and one not being sent back by the receiving system. &nbsp;I finally tracked it down to the sending system not sending a value in MSH 15, which specifies how ACK/NAK are supposed to be handled. &nbsp;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The server time is correct, and the client running on my XP laptop shows the correct time. &nbsp;It&#8217;s only on the Win 7 workstation that the time defaults to GMT.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s so annoying that when I need to look at the SMAT files by time, or verify when the last message has gone through on a thread, that I go back to my laptop.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes, I&#8217;ve done that, but still cannot nail this down. &nbsp;I&#8217;ve actually had issues with this on other translations since upgrading to 5.6, but don&#8217;t know if it&#8217;s a problem in Cloverleaf, or a problem with me as I&#8217;m doing more complex translations than I have in the past.</p>
