<p>I will have the customer check my access level. </p>
<p>I was hesitent to just create the user because I didnt know how much of the install did not get completed after that point. I noticed that no icons were copied to the desktop or program menu, so I didnt know what all got misses. </p>

<p>How are you trying to execute this script?</p>
<p>I have a script to cycle log files I call in through a upoc. I used to have a call to &#8216;hcicmdnt -p process -c &#8220;. cycle_output&#8221; &#8216; in my script, but when I executed it through the upoc I would get this error. Maybe it doesnt like it when you try to cycle the process from within the process?</p>

<p>So it looks like the first step is to move the old log files to a archive location. Do you shut dow the process, rename the files, then start the process back up in order to get the &#8216;old&#8217; log files? Or is there something more? And if you have already moved the old log files, why do you cycle the logs after that?</p>

McKesson repackages it and resells it as &#8216;Pathways Interface Manager&#8217;, but all it is is Cloverleaf with a McKesson Splash Screen when you open it. And even though we buy it through McKesson, our support is through Carebridge. </p>

We are version 5.3 and they said the Java that goes with 5.3 does not support DLS (or changing the time aparently) and we can not update our Java without breaking Cloverleaf. <p>Also, I called McKesson support and Bob Swanson told me that Linux has the ability to stop/start the Lock Manager for sites indivigually, where as Windows only has 1 Lock Manager for all sites. </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You could telnet into your Cloverleaf server, Issue the Setroot and Setsite commands, then you can run commands against the engine, and you should be able to run TCL scritps with access to the Procs on your Cloverleaf server.</p>

<p>Are you trying to connect to a existing database, or are you going to develop a database to suit your needs? If you are trying to set up a new database for something you might be able to use SQLite. It integrates with tcl 8.4 and above, and its free.</p>

<p>I was trying to use the pkg_mkIndex command to create the tclIndex file, but it would keep ending my TCL session and not create the file.</p>
<p>We are currnetly running TCL Ver 8.3. It turns out that SQLite is not compatable with TCL 8.3. We are going to have to upgrade to ver 8.4 or later in order for this to work.</p>

I did concatenate all the files, then I just loaded them in to a text editor (UltraEdit) and counted the number of lines and divided that number by 15 (each message in the IDX file took up 15 lines).</p>
