Under the Runtime menu, select the Database Administrator option.  Select Error Database option, Ultra Long Format option, and click the Apply Command button.

It looks like you’re trying to do this in a Xlate proc.  Your best bet would be to either do it in the Xlate, as Jim suggested, or in a pre-proc.
